Imam Account Manager

FULL TIME: FENWICK, BRENT CROSS

POSITION: We are currently seeking a Full Time Account Manager for Iman in Fenwick Brent Cross.

SALARY: £15K-£16K neg + commission + allocation + 20 days paid holiday p.a

DETAILS: You will be expected to work 5 days a week to include Saturdays. You will work a variety of store shifts based on a 7.5 hour working day ie 9.30-6. You will arrange monthly rotas for you and your part timer.

The ideal applicant will be well groomed, bright and bubbly with plenty of common sense.

We are looking for someone who is numerate and has either previous retail experience or a cosmetics background.

You will be able to speak excellent English to enable you to effectively communicate with your customers, the product distributor and store management.

You will be expected to manage your accounts stock using your stock book provided to; efficiently count stock, place orders and receive them. You will organise on counter events and liaise with the store to create activity which will lead to sales. You must be confident in applying make up to others and if applicable you must wear Iman cosmetics while at work.

Daily you will traffic stop and link sell to achieve targets set. You will be able to record and collate you and your teams’ figures on a daily/weekly/monthly and annual basis. You must be able to understand your companies budget/target and explain how your account is performing in relation to this.
