Job Description: As an assistant manager/shift leader you will be responsible for the day to day running of the store. You will work towards driving sales forward whilst maintaining exceptional store standards and product quality. Your responsibilities will include back office operations, providing excellent customer service and supervising the team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with strong communication skills and will enjoy having multiple responsibilities in their role.
