We're having a makeover!
DURING 2012
We'll be doing some extensive refurbishment and renewal works which will make Brent Cross an even better place to shop and to work. The makeover is the result of extensive research which enabled customers to tell us how they would improve Brent Cross if they could, so we hope you will like it.
We appreciate that there may be some disruption to the normal routes you use to park, enter or get around the shopping centre but we will keep this to a minimum and ask you to bear with us while we make these significant improvements. At each stage you will find clear directions and instructions to give you easy alternatives so please do keep your eyes open for these should we be working in your usual car park or entrance, for example.

Here's what's happening and when:
Winter 2012
Closure for refurbishment of the escalators in Mall 5 Food Court
Look for:
Graphics directing you to alternative escalators and lifts
Spring 2012
Refurbishment of all main mall entrances
Look for:
Explanatory mobile posters at each affected entrance, but please note that no entrances will be closed and you will be able to use all six main mall entrances as usual
- Refurbishment of Mall 5 multi-storey car park lobbies
Look for:
Explanatory mobile posters at each affected entrance
- Improved lighting at each entrance and car park lobby (as above) and at selected points in the mall
Look for:
Explanatory mobile posters at each affected entrance
Replacement/removal of external signage (minimal disruption)
Replacement/removal of internal signage (minimal disruption)
Replacement/removal of internal wayfinding directories and unused telephone boxes (minimal disruption)
Renewal of main planter seating and installation of padded 'soft' seating (minimal disruption)
Closure for refurbishment of the escalators near the multi-storey car parks and restaurant area
Look for:
Graphics directing you to alternative lifts and stairs
