20 April 2004 NOT JUST SWINGS AND ROUNDABOUTS! Britain's largest mobile Theme Park makes a welcome return to Brent Cross Shopping Centre for May half term with a host of new rides. Run by one of the country's most respected operators, Bob Wilson Ltd., the theme park boasts the only mobile roller coaster in the UK which this year is joined by the tallest mobile ride, the exhilarating Evolution. Thrill seekers of all ages can experience the fun of the new wet 'n' wild log flume and breathtaking Wave Swinger, along with two much loved favourites the Carousel and Helter Skelter. At over 100 years old, these popular family rides prove that age is no barrier to fun! Commenting on the decision to host the Theme Park for the third time, Tom Nathan, Brent Cross' Commercial Director explains, 'We constantly aim to enhance the Brent Cross shopping experience for our customers. The several thousand visitors who flocked to Brent Cross over half term week last May to enjoy the fun of the theme park demonstrated the enthusiasm of people for safe, family friendly fun during the holiday period.' The Theme Park will be open daily from 1.00 pm until 10.00 pm and will feature over 30 rides and attractions for the young and the young-at-heart. Admission costs £1 and discount vouchers are available within Brent Cross Shopping Centre. There is plentiful free parking for cars nearby, together with easy access by bus, Tube and train. |
