23 October 2006 YO! Sushi Brent Cross YO! Sushi open their 28th UK outlet in Brent Cross Shopping Centre on 23rd October, offering a style-conscious food-fix for north London's discerning shoppers. The 46 cover restaurant develops the famous YO! Sushi concept even further, by incorporating eye catching colour, texture and plenty of child friendly features alongside the chain's trademark iconic conveyor belt. "YO! Sushi represents a Japanese kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi bar adapted for the West offering a quality, fast and fun dining experience, all food is freshly prepared in front of guests. Customers choose colour-coded dishes (priced between £1.50 and £5) from the conveyor belt and order their drinks via airline style call buttons. YO! Sushi is based on a mixture of traditional Japanese and Western recipes; the extensive menu has a daily repertoire of over 100 dishes, of which over 40% are hot/cooked. Feast fabulously on hot dishes such as sticky salmon teriyaki, tasty chicken katsu curry and prawn tempura or go the more traditional Japanese route with premium quality sashimi, nigiri, maki and health elixir miso soup.
