Helpful facilities for customers with disabilities
We want to make a visit to Brent Cross an easy experience for everyone. With this in mind, we offer the following facilities:
- FREE hire of wheelchairs and powered scooters (must be pre-booked)
- Disabled parking spaces in every car park, with easy access to the Centre
- Dedicated Shopmobility centre, with ample parking and easy access
- Lift access to all shopping malls within Brent Cross
- Talking signs
- Hearing loop at Information Desk and Reception
