Accessibility Parking

We have accessible parking in every one of our car parks: Fenwick, Multistorey or John Lewis. You’ll find dedicated accessible bays close to the entrances.

Lift access

All our malls have lift access, making it easy to get around the centre — whether you’re in a wheelchair, with little ones, or both.

Accessible toilets

You’ll find accessible toilets across the centre, designed for comfort, ease and privacy whenever you need a break. Some shops and restaurants also offer their own accessible facilities – just check their individual pages for details.

Sunflower Lanyard

Brent Cross proudly supports the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme — helping people with hidden disabilities get the understanding and support they need.

Wearing the lanyard lets staff and others know that you may need a bit more time, patience, or help. It’s a simple way to make the shopping experience more inclusive for everyone.
