Your visit to Brent Cross

Brent Cross is for everyone — whether you’re shopping, grabbing a bite, or just passing through. We want you to feel at home here, which is why we’ve got a few simple guidelines to help make the centre safe, enjoyable and welcoming for all.

While you’re with us, please:

  • Keep an eye on any children or adults in your care
  • Treat others — including visitors, staff and retailers — with respect
  • Keep hoods down while inside the centre
  • Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided
  • Walk, don’t run (even if the sales are calling)
  • Leave scooters, skateboards, rollerblades and bikes outside
  • Stay off the barriers, railings, lifts and escalators – no climbing or surfing, please
  • Keep tops and shoes on at all times (unless you’re in a fitting room)
  • Remove crash helmets when entering the centre
  • Use smoking areas if you’re lighting up — vaping too
  • Only consume alcohol within our licensed cafés, restaurants or bars
  • Leave ball games for the park

A few other things to know:

  • We welcome well-behaved dogs — find out more here
  • Leafleting, canvassing or third-party surveys aren’t allowed unless approved by our centre team
  • Busking is by permission only
  • Selling goods in the centre must be pre-approved
  • No filming, photography or sketching of the centre’s infrastructure or staff unless agreed in advance
  • We may refuse entry if behaviour negatively impacts others

High Court Injunction

On 4 March 2021, the High Court of Justice issued an injunction (Claim No QB-2020-002631). This prohibits anyone from:

  1. Climbing the roof or exterior structures of the centre or car parks
  2. Climbing on lift cars
  3. Entering the centre when it’s closed
  4. Re-entering the centre if previously banned, without written consent

Breaching this injunction is contempt of court and could result in imprisonment, fines or asset seizure.
