Pick up your Amazon order at a time that works for you with our lockers, located on Level 3 of the Multi-Storey Car Park.

When your parcel arrives, you’ll get an email with a unique pick-up code. Enter the code at the locker and collect your item in seconds.

Car wash: Want your car to shine while you shop? Head to American Car Wash in the John Lewis and Fenwick car parks for a professional, friendly service.

Car Repairs & MOT: From paint chips and alloy repairs to full MOTs and servicing, Paint Chip (near Topsy Turvy) and Speedy Motors (near the Fenwick car park) have you covered – fast, convenient and reliable.

Our Multi-faith Prayer and Quiet Room is open to all Brent Cross visitors. You’ll find it opposite Shopmobility, near the Multi-Storey Car Park. Just collect the key from Shopmobility when you’re ready to use it.
