John Lewis & Partners Brent Cross launches brand new Personal Styling hub
"The Style Studio" as it transforms the way the nation shops for fashion.
Delivering a new level of personal experience, John Lewis & Partners Brent Cross will introduce a Style Studio where 5 personal stylist Partners will offer customers complimentary appointments and daily fashion talks.
The new Studio places the Womenswear floor at the heart of style, fashion and fit advice and has been designed to give customers an inspiring and luxe environment to shop in so they can explore their own style.
The Style Studio will also introduce daily Style Talks, led by the expert Stylist team; offering advice on the need-to-know topics such as ‘finding your perfect foundations - underwear solutions’ to more of-the-moment trend discussions such as ‘how to wear this season's key piece, the boilersuit, in five ways’. Talks take place at 2pm every weekday, 12pm & 3pm on Saturdays and 3pm on Sundays.
Drop-in or Pre-Book
Customers can choose to either drop-in and speak to a Stylist for instant advice or help to find the perfect piece quickly and easily or they can pre-book in for a complimentary appointment at a time that suits. For pre-booked appointments, that are up to two hours, there are five options to choose from including Wardrobe Refresh, Holiday, Workwear, Special Occasion and the Perfect Pair of Jeans. Our Womenswear Collections
Alongside the Style studio our stand-alone own brands, John Lewis & Partners, Kin, modern rarity and AND/OR offer a versatile set of collections each season, each with their own individual style. Favourite brands like Boden, Hush, Whistles and Karen Millen.
Following an appointment, stylists can continue to advise customers via a keeping in touch service using a personalised app. If customers opt-in, Stylists can text or email with follow-up advice, alerts for in store events or updates on when a new collection arrives from their favourite brand.
