New dish at wagamama
Have you heard about the tempura f-ish + bang bang yaki imo!? It sounds incredible. wagamama never disappoint, with half of their menu being plant based but they have just launched this new dish. It is their take on the British classic fish and chips, with a wagamama twist and 100% vegan.
Tempura fried vegan fish served with spicy sweet potato, served with our take on mushy peas, a vegan tartare sauce and of course, our classic katsu curry sauce. Shake Shack new burger!
For the first time ever, Shack fans can swap out any beef patty on Shake Shack’s core menu with the vegan patty. Shake Shack’s Crispy Shallot Burger (pictured) is 100% vegan and features a vegan patty topped with smoky cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, lettuce, & Dijonnaise sauce on a toasted potato bun.
The vegan patty has been created in partnership with Chef Neil Rankin and is made from roasted mushrooms and onion, miso, bulgur wheat and a blend of spices.
